You can access the Help section of TestFirst by clicking on Help menu item in the left menu panel. The Help page consists of 3 parts:
- KNOWLEDGE BASE contains quick access links to some parts of this user documentation,
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT contains the link to this help center and customer support email. You can use either of them to contact our support,
- contact information for general inquiries.
If you have any questions about the TestFirst application, you can contact us in one of the following ways:
- by creating a request ticket using the link in the top of any page in the help center,
- by texting us in chat using the widget in the bottom right corner of any page in the help center,
- by emailing us at support@testfirst.com.
