Jira Integration Overview

Integrating TestFirst with Jira will allow you to:

• create bug reports in Jira from TestFirst.
• link test cases to Jira issues;
• view TestFirst test cases from the linked Jira issues;

In order for this to work, you will need to:

• create a TestFirst user (we recommend using a service user which you can create by signing up here)
• install and configure the TestFirst application in Jira as described here (should be done by your Jira admin);
• configure Jira integration in TestFirst as described here (should be done by a user with the relevant permission(s));
• authenticate in TestFirst with your Jira credentials as described here (should be done by each user individually).
