Currently, this feature is only available in the TestFirst Desktop App. |

Make sure the values you enter in TestFirst are an exact match to the values in Jira. Project key must match the project key in Jira. Issue type should be the type of issue your organization uses for bug reporting. It can be a Bug, a Defect, etc. The field is case sensitive. Note: if you have any fields other than Issue Type, Summary and Reporter marked as required, you will have to make it optional in order to be able to create bugs directly from TestFirst. If the project is not configured correctly, you will receive an error message when submitting a failed test result during test execution. |
For the projects created after the integration has been configured, you will be able to enter these details in the Add Project dialog. |
Every user will have to configure the user details by clicking the ADD USER button. Read about how to do that in this article. |
