Password Reset

In order to reset your forgotten password:

1. In the sign in page, click the Forgot Password? link. Forgot your password? page will be displayed in the browser. 
2. Enter your username or email in the field and click SUBMIT.
3. Password reset request sent page will be displayed. 
4. Check your email and find the email from no-reply@testfirst.com. Open the email and click the RESET YOUR PASSWORD button. Set a new password page will be displayed.

   If you do not reset your password within 24 hours, the password reset link will expire and you will have to start the process from step 1.

5. Type in the new password and the password confirmation, then click the SAVE NEW PASSWORD button. Your password has been changed successfully page will be displayed. Now you can sign in to TestFirst with your new password.
