Below you will find the list of hotkeys you can use in the TestFirst desktop application.

| Alt + P | TEM, ETM |
Equivalent to clicking PASS in TEM. Sets Passed status to a test case step, takes a screenshot and opens it in AM. |
| Alt + F | TEM, ETM |
Equivalent to clicking FAIL in TEM. Sets Failed status to a test case step, takes a screenshot and opens a Failure Summary dialog. |
| Alt + B | TEM, ETM |
Equivalent to clicking BLOCK in TEM. Sets Blocked status to a test case step, takes a screenshot and opens it in AM. |
| Ctrl + S | AM |
Equivalent to clicking SAVE & CONTINUE in AM. Saves the current test case step and opens Step result saved modal. Immediately pressing Enter in this modal is equivalent to clicking GO TO NEXT STEP. |
| F5 | Every page that contains a REFRESH button. |
Equivalent to clicking REFRESH at the top of the page. Refreshes the page content. |
