As the owner of an organization, you can activate previously deactivated users. In order to do that:
- Click on the Administration item in the left menu panel.
- Click on the Users sub-item under Administration. Users page will be displayed.
- Find the user you want to activate in the Inactive Users section of the page and click the ACTIVATE button in the ACTIONS column. The user will be sent an invitation email and will appear in the Invited Users section of the page. After the user accepts the invitation, they will become an active user.
If the user hasn't accepted the invitation, you can cancel it by either:
