The user must have the Set Role permission for Users. Read more in this documentation section for more details. |
In order to assign a role to a user:
- Click the Administration item in the left menu panel. The menu will expand and display Users item.
- Click Users. Users page will be displayed.
- Click EDIT in the ACTIONS column for the user you want to assign the role to. Edit User dialog will be displayed. The dialog is divided into two parts: Available Roles and Assigned Roles.
- Click on the role you want to assign to the user in the Available Roles list. Double click the role or click the > button to move the role to Assigned Roles list. Click SAVE if you want to save the changes. Click CANCEL to discard the changes.
