To perform this action, the user has to be the organization owner. |
You can transfer the ownership of an organization to another user and make them the Owner. In order to do that:
- Click the Administration item in the left menu panel. The menu will expand and display Users item.
- Click the Users item under Administration. Users page will be displayed.
- Click the TRANSFER OWNERSHIP button at the top of the page. Transfer Ownership dialog will be displayed.
- From the User dropdown, select the user you want to transfer the ownership to. A message warning you of the irreversibility of this action if the user accepts the request will be displayed.
- Click TRANSFER if you indeed want to transfer the organization ownership to the selected user. An ownership transfer request will be created and displayed in the Ownership Transfer Requests table in the Users page. The selected user will receive the ownership transfer request by email. Click CANCEL if you have changed your mind.

If the user hasn't accepted the ownership transfer, you can cancel the request by clicking the CANCEL button in the ACTIONS column of the Ownership Transfer Requests table. |
