Organization Information

1. Introduction

The Organization Information section in the Organization Settings page provides key details about your organization, including its name, unique ID, alias, and creation date. You can find the  Organization Settings in the Control Center’s Settings. Users with the right permissions can manage these settings and request an organization deletion.

2. User Roles & Visibility

• Owners will see a green label: "You are the owner of this organization."
  
  
• Members will see a green label: "You are the member of this organization."
  
  

3. Overview of Features

3.1 Organization Name

• Displays the current organization name.
  
  
• Click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit the name.
  
  

3.2 Organization ID

• A system-generated unique identifier for your organization.
  
  
• Click the copy icon 📋 to copy the ID.
  
  

3.3 Organization Alias

• A short, user-friendly alias for your organization.
  
  
• Click "Add New Alias" to create an alias.

Note: Free Organization can have only one Alias.

3.4 Creation Date

• Displays the date and time when the organization was created.
  
  

4. Danger Zone: Request to Delete

• Only visible to Owners.
  
  
• Clicking "Request to Delete" redirects you to TestFirst Support to submit a deletion request.

⚠️Warning: Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be undone.
