1. Introduction
The Usage and Limits page in the Control Center’s Settings provides a clear overview of the current usage and limitations per active subscription at the organization level. This page helps organizations track their usage and ensure they stay within their allocated limits.
ℹ️ Note: The page does not display limits at the user level and does not track unlimited metrics (such as storage).
2. Access & Permissions
- Available only to Owners or users with Manage Billing access.
- Can be found under Billing and Subscriptions in the Control Center’s Settings.
3. Page Views
The Usage and Limits page has two distinct views:
3.1 Free-Only View
This is the initial state when an organization signs up or has no active paid subscriptions.
- Shows only the free-tier limits.
- Displays "Not Available" for features exclusive to paid plans.
3.2 With Paid Subscriptions View
This state is visible when an organization has one or more active paid subscriptions.
- Displays additional metrics and limits based on the active plans.
- The table expands horizontally to accommodate multiple subscriptions of the same type.
4. Tracked Metrics
The system tracks the following 10 key metrics:
- Test Results – Number of executed test results.
- Test Execution Reports – Number of generated test execution reports.
- Exploratory Test Sessions – Number of exploratory test sessions performed.
- Organization Alias – The number of organization aliases used.
- Anton (AI Assistant) – Number of AI assistant requests.
- Cloud Web Runs – Minutes used for cloud-based web test executions.
- Cloud Mobile Runs – Minutes used for cloud-based mobile test executions.
- Cloud API Runs – Minutes used for cloud-based API test executions.
- Cloud Console Runs – Minutes used for cloud-based console test executions.
- Self-Hosted Runners – Number of self-hosted test runners used.
